Update! We just lost an additional $215 on bundled add ons within two days, omitted from orders received. Also, the support team are not helpful, they keep giving you a run around to get you frustrated with no solution and pretend like they didn't understand your previous email because they know what damage their app caused. I won't advise anyone using this app. Most of the good reviews on here are from their team. This app is currently frustrating at the moment. Our customers previously encountered not seeing their add ons after making payments for an order. Lets say a customer added 4 add ons to their cart, once they submit their order, it's either very few or all disappeared on the order confirmation summary. We brought this to their attention and they made it known that there was nothing they could do about it, except we upgraded to a higher bundle which has the native option. We upgraded to the $12 plus plan and we have now encountered another worse problem. The add ons are not charged correctly. They set up another price for the add ons and the agent we recently chatted with blamed it on us stating that we made these changes. This isn't true, this app never allowed us fix prices directly from the app when we initially set this up. We were only allowed to bundle each add ons from the product list on the website. The website already has the prices fixed so we didn't need to manually add prices on those boxes on the right. As a matter of fact, those boxes never existed when we initially set up our option sets from the scratch. We await the app owners to fix this issue. All we want is for the add ons to be charged correctly with the original price listed and bundled up directly from the website. I won't be upgrading to make life easier only to end up encountering another worse problem. Please make this right
