Many important features are not supported. For example, here's a list of features we have discovered are not working correctly/as expected. - one-time fees (like expedited fee). If you want to add a one-time fee to a product with a quantity of 3, it'll add 3x that one-time fee without a reasonable workaround. - It doesn't work on a product that is featured directly on the home page. The product must be reached through the catalog/product page for the feature to work (otherwise when adding to cart the value is 0). - doesn't have a support for customizing emails so the user gets email based on their selections. - doesn't have a way to calculate item weight based on selections. - if you have any numbers or special characters in the name of a drop-down, it will break the price calculation formula. the feature works well if you have a very basic use case but if you have a complex product and features, it is still quite lacking.
