We just started working with this app for our non-sticker items and ran into some issues during the 10 day "decide before you buy" stage. I reached out to support and they helped me right away. I will have these products live in a few days. The calculator has been a game changer with pricing as large-format printing has a lot of variables. I will update in a month to add more feedback as I get more products completed.
