Sadly I installed this app for my store only after several months and too many abandoned carts i investigated and the shopacado discount DOES NOT work when people choose Express Checkout I'm most unimpressed on lost revenue and my websites reputation!

I installed this app and when uninstalled many traces were left. Support is ignoring me to help me remvoe htem.

App worked at first but then whenever we had to update discounts app would just either not remove discounts nor update. Had to reach each month about this but nothing changed.

Terrible service, i wanted to speak with them about solutions to my issues and they would just give short answers telling me to do things that wouldnt give me any direction on whats possible and if the solution will even work.

This app used to work very well. I was very happy. Untill this Novemer '24. I wanted to use the app again for Daily December Deals on collections. After a first quick help where I let them know I was happy for their fast reply, they asked me to leave a review. I did a 5 star based on the fact it always worked. After that I did not get my new offers working correctly and help was taking forever. Now the table with the volume discount of an deal that has already been deleted (as never worked) is still on hundreds of products... and they cannot fix it instantly. Also the discount did not show, only after refreshing page which is confusing for my customers as they think it does not work. They are not honest in telling that they are facing problems in general. So I am waisting my time waiting for them to solve it as it has nothing to do with my store but with overall stores now I read the reviews. So sorry guys. Your app was fab... but now really is not anymore.

Be careful with this app - it worked fine for us for years but this black friday we tried to use it and the app has been updated. It only really supports 2.0 themes. The app wasn't working exactly as it should, so reached out to support. They refused to do the upgrade for us, insisted we changed the theme code. Everything went wrong and they were unable to fix it. After few hours of wasted time in the middle of our promotion which is live to customers we had to cut our losses and switch to another solution. The support team is very lacking!!

Support is pretty terrible. Had some issues with the upgrade and Nivi did very little to help and was clear that she didn't even pay attention to what I was saying in chat. Last problem I had was a simple border issue (wasn't showing up correctly) with the discount table and she said she was looking into it and then never heard back. Update: So, after the upgrade, this app will no longer stack with other product discounts. I have items that cannot be discounted so I need to use product discount codes and not order discounts. It's a shame since this worked perfectly fine before the upgrade. Once again, Nivi was not very helpful and clearly didn't bother to really read what I said.

Great idea but.....I have two clients using this app, it has conflicts on both installs and Shopacado won't really help you fix anything properly unfortunately. I've worked with many Shopify app dev's which will jump in and fix you, that's not happening here. It's a great idea but it seems like Shopify is too locked down to create a decent bulk discount app. I'm currently waiting for help from support again but I'm not holding my breath. The app is totally unusable at this point, my client is stuck and can't sell 20% of their products because their bulk discount is buggy and won't work in checkout. My two developers are pointing at Shopacado for the fix and don't want to touch it. I may bring in a senior dev to build something custom instead as a last resort. Sad this is working out so poorly.

Absolutely do not download this application, which creates major bugs in the shopping basket, and there is no support to fix the problem.

This app used to work but no longer works at all and has caused me pain due to customers emailing several times a day saying they are not receiving discount's. I emailed support with screenshots and she come back and said it was 'fixed' in a matter of minutes which is a very poor case of customer service. Saying that something is fixed without properly looking into it and fixing it is not very acceptable I am afraid. I am cancelling my subscription today and I strongly suggest people think twice before installing this as it simply does not work as intended and it has still not been fixed as a matter of urgency. OLD REVIEW: Great product, good service when I was having difficulty. Thank yoU! UPDATED: when the app stopped working in my cart, causing customers to NOT be able to check out, they had to "check with the developer" and would not give any time frame. My store was literally paralyzed with no one able to check out. I am having to uninstall it and find a different app immediately.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of problems with this software and the customer support is not helpful. I'm sure there are much better apps out there for the money.

The app was working for a month after that there were bugs. We tried to contact support, but the response time is slow and the things they suggest does not fix the issue. I will update the review once they will fix it.

Terrible, messed up our cart page. Adjustments to cart items with the plus and minus button now duplicates the product inside the cart, removing the product also duplicates it again. They should be removed from the app store list for this terrible code corruption, so rookie. PLEASE FIX NOW!

"This Shopify app has the absolute worst support I've ever come across. I'm beyond frustrated with their lack of responsiveness. It's like talking to a brick wall – they never reply on time, and even when they do, it's as if they're selectively choosing which messages to ignore. I've been patient and waited for a response for the last 5 days, but it's been nothing but disappointment. I expected a certain level of customer service, especially when using a paid app, but this experience has been a total letdown. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for an app with better support and timely assistance."

Sorry, i am editing my last review. After various plugin updates , unfortunately i didn't find that how much this plugin is adding revenue in our revenue stream. I ask this question in chat in plugin support but they failed to reply. Currently no reports or anything is there so this plugin is a question mark.

Catastrophique, ça fait + d'une semaine que j'attends qu'on s'occupe de mon problème. J'ai plus de 80 clients qui se plaignent que ça ne fonctionne pas et je dois tout gérer car à part me dire "nous avons prévenu nos développeurs, il reviens vers vous rapidement" ils ne font rien d'autre. Des mois et des mois que je paye leurs application pour rien.

I was talking to the customer support person Ravi for the entire week this week and she still failed to fix my problem. The app will not work with different currencies.
