I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Nivi's customer service and I must say, they exceeded all of my expectations. The representative I spoke with was polite, and patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Not only did they listen to my concerns attentively, but they also provided me with clear and concise instructions on how to resolve the issue. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure that I was comfortable with the solution before ending the call. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Nivi's customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional support. Keep up the great work!

I have tried many discount APPs but they just didn't do what I needed. This one does! I have hundreds of product pages and needed to be able to add an offer with text and a table to product pages. This one easily allows me to add the offer to individual products or a whole collection in one go saving me a lot of time. It also offers the ability to add a up-sell offer in the cart page. You can also use customer tags to only show the offer to certain customers so it works well for wholesale options too. Customer service has been excellent with immediate response and questions solved, i recently changed to a new theme and Syed was very helpful with my questions.

Works great! It worked on desktop browsers right away even though it said I needed to contact support to fix it. Once I got the opportunity to talk to them via the chat they had the mobile browser fixed and everything running perfect in less than 5 minutes from my initial contact message. Definitely recommend
