I just started using the App and i must say the support is great. I had a problem with set up and within 10 min support had fixed the problem and got me off and running. So far the best app support team i have worked with so far. Kudos!!!

I needed assistance to have my Theme adjusted so I could receive support as needed and was assisted right away. Everything was edited within 5 minutes and I was ready to go. Super helpful to have someone available when I am working. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Nivi's customer service and I must say, they exceeded all of my expectations. The representative I spoke with was polite, and patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Not only did they listen to my concerns attentively, but they also provided me with clear and concise instructions on how to resolve the issue. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure that I was comfortable with the solution before ending the call. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Nivi's customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional support. Keep up the great work!

That is bar none the fastest Tech Support I have seen on a Shopify App. They addressed my issue in less than 5 minutes, start to finish. This is really impressive! Update: Moved to a new theme and they helps me in MINUTES! Great Team!
