Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

have just started to use this app and so far it is easy to use, functional, lots of options, fantastic support.

The app is quite useful overall. There are a few features that other apps provide but they don't and vice versa. Customer service is really fast in communication and helpful.

I am starting to use this application, I find it very good and useful for what my store needs, thank you very much.

I have been using this app for a few months now. I found it works very well. There are some improvements that could be made, but all and all, a very good app.

The app works for what I want. There is a restriction for shopify discounts applied on top of the volume discounts that is a bit of a downer as it doesn't work with shopify discounts that are specific to certain customer segments / customers but "work aroundable" for my needs. At least, this is clearly flagged as not supported so, people just need to keep it in mind. The support is very efficient - Extremely quick (I never waited for longer that 5 min for a real person to get back to me) and they genuinely made the effort to address my queries.

Nice app. Automatic discounts with shopify discounts. But stacked discounts not available. otherwise all good

I used this app for a tiered discount. I like that it's easy to set up. I don't like it doesn't allow other time zone options for the start and end date of the sale other than local time. I also don't like that it doesn't offer an option to disable all other promotions when discount is applied.

I am looking for an app with specific discount - 25% off 1 line item in the shopping cart with a specific discount code. I did not find a way to do this with this app (at least in the short time I played around with the settings). Support was helpful in setting up my stores theme and showing me how discounts would look in my store. This was helpful to visualize how customers will see discounts presented. Would definitely use this app if I can make the particular discount I'm looking for work.

I used the app and liked but wish it could work with shopify discount codes. overall its good. The support staff was good

Very responsive, quick and great support, great value for the feature compared to other similar app.

We switched from another app because this one lets us do a few more things. Shopify, by default only allows for one discount field, and most volume discount app in the store will use that field, so if you plan to implement other discount or loyalty programme, your customers won't have anywhere to input that discount code. This app, and it's support team is amazing. it's not quite as polished, since it's a very new app, but it gets the job done.

app is fairly clean and works well, there are still some features that need to be added. That being said, I had some issues and Nivi fixed them quickly during a chat session. 5 stars are coming as the app grows/develops

It works well. Support is excellent and responsive. No coding was needed. Only drawback found: it does not work in combination with Shopify standard discount codes, which means it's hard to do customer-specific promotions with discount codes. (This limitation is mentioned in their documentation, but I only ran into it after installing the app.) Their support team can suggest workarounds.

App works well, great customer service. Highly recommend. Great if discounted product amount shows on product page.

Solid app, does the work. It would be great if there will come an export / import feature. So we can use our volume discounts easily when we scale per store.

I had some challenges but the help team was able to fix things for me. Overall the Customer service is good.

Took a little fixing to get to work as it was interfering with another app's API but the customer service was great and we got it fixed.

I had a great experience with Zarah and Pavi from customer service. They helped me in the process of installing the app on our website. They are quick and professional when helping, and they answer all the questions I have.

I really like this app, is very easy to use, but the best part is the online support, no forever email answer waiting, just ask via chat and you get the problems solved.
