Had a question about the setup of my discount structure and Nivi answered within 30 seconds of me sending in my question. She was very helpful with her answers and give me the solution almost immediately. Yet to try it out and will come back and let you know the outcome. All tried and tested, works perfectly. Thank you

We are enjoying the app and it is helping us improve our offering to our customers. We had a problem with subtotals on the shopping cart. We contacted support and Pavi soon had the problem solved. As a small business, website problems can be a huge headache. So, speedy, helpful support is an absolute lifeline. I recommend the team at Shopacado

The team was VERY helpful and patient with me when setting up everything. They responded to me almost immediately every time I messaged them or ensured they got back to me in a timely manner. So far the app has been everything I need and I couldn't recommend the customer service enough.

Sorry, i am editing my last review. After various plugin updates , unfortunately i didn't find that how much this plugin is adding revenue in our revenue stream. I ask this question in chat in plugin support but they failed to reply. Currently no reports or anything is there so this plugin is a question mark.

Great App Great Support. Does What It Says! Setup bulk discount rules so customers can buy in bulk without special codes. Also nice upsell in the cart.
