Great app that is very flexible to meet all needs. The customer support has been amazing, they helped me customize the set up for my store for free. Nivi was my customer support agent and was very quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

App overall does exactly what its designed to do. Does have a little quirk with it I've found, but not a dealbreaker for us. If customer is using volume discount pricing they must use any additional coupon codes in the cart page, once they go to checkout it disables stops them from being able to use any additional coupon codes. Other than that this app works great, and is easy to to setup.

So far so good, been using it for a little over a year now, it works as advertised and the staff (Nivi) were helpful with some issues I encountered. Hasta ahora muy buena app, la he tenido instalada desde hace más de un año y sin problemas, cumple con lo que dice, y el staff responde rápido y me ayudaron a resolver pequeños problemas que tuve.

Catastrophique, ça fait + d'une semaine que j'attends qu'on s'occupe de mon problème. J'ai plus de 80 clients qui se plaignent que ça ne fonctionne pas et je dois tout gérer car à part me dire "nous avons prévenu nos développeurs, il reviens vers vous rapidement" ils ne font rien d'autre. Des mois et des mois que je paye leurs application pour rien.

After searching for weeks for an app that would cleanly integrate into our shop and allow us to offer volume price breaks, I stumbled upon this one and couldn't be happier! Our company's team is small and we do not have technical experience with coding, so responsive support is critical for us when using new apps & integrations. I wrote to their support today for help with updating the formatting of the new volume and price breaks on our product pages and within a minute I was being helped. Simple and it WORKS. Been using this about 6 months. Setup was easy. If you come across an issue just use the chat with the developer and they're very fast. A 5 minute chat box session after setting it up ironed out the key details and got over theme specific settings. I've made a few changes on our end and each time we needed help Shopacado gave us fast great support. I tried a different volume discount app first and it was complicated. Multiple setup steps including editing code. And then it still didn't work right. This one just WORKS. I highly recommend!!! B2B Manufacturer in NJ
