I tried several different apps for quantity discounts, the first one never got installed correctly (event though it had a 4.9 rating) and their tech support tried for 5 days. The second one flat out did nothing at all and so I reluctantly gave this one a try. It installed in minutes and I had my first quantity breaks done in less than 30 minutes. I did use their chat session for support and got immediate response, they even offered to make the changes for me rather than having me do it myself. I am very impressed with the product and perhaps even more so with their tech support. I find the product highly configurable and very easy to use!

This is the best app ever! We installed it nearly a year ago and it has been working perfectly. At this point, nearly 50% of all sales are generated by this app. This has been a big pick-up in revenue. They also have very good support. Highly recommend.

Mostly great app come with great team support. Thanks to the support team that my theme not able auto install with the app, but after talk with their live chat, the team fix the problem within few minutes, really great support team.

I really liked this app, I was setting it up and realized after an hour of setting up the design and everything that it stopped my current automated discounts which I had running. And during that hour we had no orders because the sale we were originally running stopped working from this app, so BEWARE! Even if you don't press "enable offer" and you set up the code in order to see the test previews, it would stop any current shopify offer you already have. I was really hoping to transition to this. I tried to also download it again after deleting but I didn't do anything except "accept" the app permissions and then it did the same thing again. Very sad, because I was actually liking what was being built on there. I just can't afford to stop our current sale to configure this app, as we would lose lots of costs from landing traffic.
