Simple app for smaller stores with great functionality for stores with a simple sales model. Great for start ups. Unfortunately it is a bolt on to Shopify and does not draw data from Shopify metafields so you have to double handle in terms of putting data in both systems, but for companies with 200 skus or less much cheaper than moving to Shopify Pro

Five stars all the way! Shopacado's volume discounts app has been a great addition to my Shopify store. This app works great for having cart total discounts which is rarely found in other apps. But would have been more better if it has more additional features.Support is great.

Terrible service, i wanted to speak with them about solutions to my issues and they would just give short answers telling me to do things that wouldnt give me any direction on whats possible and if the solution will even work.

Works perfectly for our store. Wasn't working initially but support got me quickly back into action.

Feb 6, 2026 update Support is not helping. We've been dealing with an issue more than one week now with zero progress. The responds times are too slow, and the support isn't doing a thorough review of the issue. I'm just getting 'sorry' and being asked for the details I sent previously. --- Great product with clear instructions. Customer service is prompt and helpful

Get a 2 because design is nice and easy to use for the most part. Support team just gives you cold shoulder. Been waiting for responses and I get charged for nothing. If you are the owner reading this. get a new support team. ( im not the only one on here complaining about it) Doesnt really support variant pricing. you need to use code they provide in an article but it only shows how to do it for the Dawn template. Even as im trying to install the code myself there is no indication of what the final result is supposed to look like or how it works. How am I supposed to know if I was successful? Where does the extra pricing table show up for me to add in variant pricing? Again no help from support. Also wasnt able to delete any of the discounts i created which was odd.

We have over 50 of our stores using the app, great support and all around a great app.

The app is simple to use. The support team is very responsive to to our questions. Lots of documentations and videos on how to set things up. Thanks!
