The team was VERY helpful and patient with me when setting up everything. They responded to me almost immediately every time I messaged them or ensured they got back to me in a timely manner. So far the app has been everything I need and I couldn't recommend the customer service enough.

Had a little bit of an issue when first setting up my app due to the browser I was using. Nivi helped me quickly even though it was late on a Friday night so I was very please that someone was there. The app works as promised and is exactly what I needed. Thanks so much!
