The support team was quick and understood my exact requirement. Thanks to Nivi from support, she solved all my issues and answered all my questions patiently. It was almost like working with a team member from my own company. Kudos. Yeah, the app does what it says it does, without issues.

So far so good. One of the only options that gave me direct customer support. I was about to troubleshoot immediately. Setup was a breeze.

I needed something to help me offer volume discounts and this app delivers that. It easy to use which for me is most important. I am not a web designer. I run a small business and need apps that are easy to use and don't require me to add code. The price is right. I had the occasion to speak to two reps tonight and they were so helpful and kind Pavi and Zarah. Pavi even sent me screenshots to show me where I had entered information incorrectly to help me understand my error (upon my request). I am so happy I installed this app tonight.

The app used to be great. Earlier in 2024 some changes were made. Occasionally the app wont show the discounts. Support does not clearly explain how to fix, and their team does not fix what they broke, what was working just fine. I will change this rating back to a five star, once they figure out what they had. I had previously wrote: fast, excellent customer service. have had the app for over a year. whenever i update my theme i contact support via chat and they reinstate my discounts showing on the cart page in just over a minute. very responsive. highly recommend it!

This is a great full featured app for adding volume discounts to your Shopify store. We had some custom adjustments needed from the default settings and their support team helped us out within minutes of contacting them and had the changes made right away live while we chatted - great service.

I haven't been using this app for long but so far it has solved all my problems. I am able to offer a tiered discount to my customers to entice them to order more. I also can provide specific discounts for my wholesale account holders. What I love most is that even though I have tiered discounts for bulk buying I can still offer a coupon code that my customers can use with the bulk buy discounts!!!! Aaaannnddddd they have an option on how the Shopify discount is applied. It can be taken off the retail price, taken off the discounted price or you can offer the max discount

I have tried several applications to apply volume discounts, and in my opinion this is definitely the best!...simple, it addresses complex scenarios and allows you to give the customer options that with Shoppiy's native discount functionality is not possible. Incredible app and support, great. Congratulations guys!

I am using it for 10 min, and it is really helpful. Support is very fast and helpful. I really recommend app. Try it and you will see.

Horrible app! Mind you- they push you to write a review the very first day you get the app. No wonder there are so many 5 stars. I have lost so many sales due to this app. I was using the Buy More Save More volume discount function. The app was live on my store and every other customer was getting the discount. I had multiple emails asking why they didn't receive the discount on their order. (what a nightmare) I was on chat with customer service for a total of 6 hours in 3 days. They are very responsive but are no help at all. The app people blamed my customer's internet for the discount not going through. I totally regret ever downloading and installing this app.

edit: 10-10-2024: The app update broke our store again. For more than a week we are waiting for support that leaves out waiting. so I do not recommend this app! edit 12-12-2022: Giving 1 star and NOT RECOMMENDING this app. It broke our store. We are not able to give proper volume discounts. Support is lacking. On top of that they changed something so that discount codes don't work any more. edit: 07-12-2022: After a good experience support is lacking. Waiting for 2 days to get help with input of prices. that means our customers don't get the right pricing in our webshop. This is not what a good app developer should do. We are a paying customer. The app does what it should do, straight forward. Support is amazing and blazing fast. I would recommend anyone to use this app. 5 *****

The software is definitely janky. One minute it works and the next it doesn't. One of the major problems is when we use the "Tag Customer" . When a customer is "tagged", this should override all other offers, but it doesn't. This feature doesn't work at all. We've tried everything and even customer support, which was a complete waste of time.

PERFECT for what I needed. Volume discount with pricing lists. Nivi, the person who solved my doubts, was very professional and fast answering all my questions.

App is very easy to use and we were able to quickly set up rules. When we could not figure out how to configure the cart display support was quick and helped us resolve the issue.

We used the app to implement discounts at various quantities. The app works well and is easy to navigate, with supporting documentation. The support chat was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with, fixing raised queries in a polite and efficient manor. Only changes I would make would be to apply currency suffix on checkout.

We were looking for an app that would improve our AOV at The Glove Store. This was simple to install with a little help from the exceptional Customer Services (Pavi) to customise the appearance of the Discount Table so it blends in with our theme. Nothing was too much trouble. The only negative point was that the app does not work when placing orders on behalf of Customers on the Admin panel it only works on the 'Front End'. Which is a shame as we take a lot of repeat orders over the telephone.
