While this app did not end up meeting our needs, it did function well as described and their customer support is off the charts! Zarah was friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. If you need a Volume/Quantity Break app, give this a try. The customization options are robust and straight-forward. Wish it would've worked for our shop!

Been using this app for a while now and really enjoy how much i can customize it. Ran into an issue with it not displaying something on my new theme and the devs quickly fixed it for me.

When we used the trial, the app worked flawlessly. So I knew I wanted to use it for our big holiday sale. When we next downloaded the app it wasn't working the way it had before. But no worries! The dev team came to the rescue quickly, with amazing communication, to fix the issues. The app is so straightforward and easy to use. Would highly reccomend.

We regularly use this app for a Set price promo (4 items for $99) where the prices of the products vary. We are very happy with the support received, and pavi has been great in assisting in editing the code and adding a discount box on the cart page so customers can get the promo price and/or use a discount code. She fixed the issue in no time which was great, Keep up the great work!

Although I am still figuring out how this app works, Zarah help we go through it. She even helped me change the color of my notification bar. She walked me through on how I should do my offers in order that made sense. I will still continue figuring out how to work with the app but thanks to Zara I have now a better idea on how to.

Still waiting over an hour for responses, when their SLA is much lower. Discount did not work at all for customers. Code is not editable on our end.

This was a quick and easy install! Setting up discount codes was easy. Team answered all my questions with set up!

This app is very easy to use and very functional, also their support is very helpful. I would highly recommend trying it, it has a lot of features, it's a no brainer if it has the features to use then this is the app to go with.

Good customer support! Just start to use this app. It's slightly pricey. But you have 7 days to try it out. Hopefully it is well made and doesn't interfere with our other apps and doesn't slow down my website
