I just set up the app and my theme wasn't on the list of themes they support. I reached out to support (late on a Saturday night) and they quickly configured the app to work perfectly with my theme! Great support and the app is just what I was looking for at a great price.

I am the user from another app call special offer, but it's not good enough as we couldn't apply the discount when we use a new theme and it's really expensive too. After 3 hours I finally found this app, anyway at the begging there also have some error with the discount on draw cart, but we get the online support soon, and Zarah help us solve this problem in few minutes. By the way, Zarah is really nice and beautiful( I think ). I will recommend this app for anyone wanna use the bogo offer or other special offer to increase the GMV, and it's cheap than other app too. So this is the best app for discount!

tried using the app and it is great for volume discounting and stuff but wasn't what I was looking for the dev team was very helpful and helped me navigate through different features and discuss what our requirements were and once they realised they couldn't help us on the platform they were upfront about it. I would highly recommend the app for anyone who is looking for volume discounting service and ask the dev team to help you out

This app allowed me to have automatic *and* tiered discounts, which is so great for my customers -- and w no code needed. Back end was very easy to navigate and the support was amazing with some minor requests!

BEST SERVICE EVER... I have only just begun using the app. Customer Service 5-STARS ::: At 9:30 at night I messaged with a question, Zarah was on in 2 minutes and made everything work seamlessly, even offering to just set some of the app up for me, likely saving me 2 hours (because it was a long day and I was tired!)
