I could not use the app as it was not compatible with another app I already use, but the customer service is one of the best.

APP NOT RELIABLE, IT MADE ME LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, BE CAREFUL. The app used to work fine but somehow it gave way different discounts that the ones I set up, giving away products for cents where that was not what it was set up. I disabled the app and the thing went on. I LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS because of this unreliable app, and the worst thing is that support DID NOT HELP actually pretending that this was not their fault while it is obvious. I have all the records. Use at your own risk, if you use it you need to check every single order

This app allowed me to have automatic *and* tiered discounts, which is so great for my customers -- and w no code needed. Back end was very easy to navigate and the support was amazing with some minor requests!

5 Stars! We installed this app to build our Black Friday Sale Event. The functionality has been great and the step-by-step help from the attentive customer service team on live chat! Zarah has been extremely helpful for the first time that we navigated the app to set up our first offer.

Took a bit of fiddling around with support to get everything working as needed, but I'm very happy with the end result. Support was very responsive and competent aswell. The UI isn't the most intuitive one I've seen, but I only need to set it up once and it works like a charm :). //EDIT Unfortunately it soon turned out that using volume discounts breaks the functionality to use regular discount codes. In cases where there is just one product in the cart (no volume discounts applied), the discount code field is showed in checkout. When multiple products are in the cart (volume discount is applied), the discount field in checkout disappears. You can technically enable an in-cart discount field for cases like this, but this implementation is very poorly made (poor placement, poor styling, the field changes placement in the cart total area depending on whether a code is applied or not, the field disappears after entering a code and displays a janky error message/the code in red with a tiny-tiny x next to it, that is apparently a button and reloads the field in its original placement etc etc). I redesigned the in-cart field and made a proposal on how to make this functionality more logical and user-friendly. Until this is fixed, unfortunately I can't give a positive review to this app - I would imagine most merchants want to use volume discounts as a little extra to reward users who spend more, but if this essentially disables the discount codes functionality (or replaces it with basically a broken one), it's loses a lot of its intended value.

BEST SERVICE EVER... I have only just begun using the app. Customer Service 5-STARS ::: At 9:30 at night I messaged with a question, Zarah was on in 2 minutes and made everything work seamlessly, even offering to just set some of the app up for me, likely saving me 2 hours (because it was a long day and I was tired!) FABULOUS first impression and makes me THRILLED to use this app. Highly recommend!

Every question I had - she replied with a great answerS every time. So all in all - If you want to get multiple automatic discount on your shopify shop go with this app.. We sell record sleeves on our store and customers regularly ask for multi-buy discounts for larger quantities. With this app, we are able to offer them these discounts, without having to create manual orders. I particularly like that you can "sum up" discounts across eligible products. For example, If some buys 5 pack of Product A, and 5 packs of Product B, we can give them a combined 10+ price. This works really well for us as some customer buy outer and inner record sleeves together and / or different size variants and this offer a big cross-sell incentive. I did have a few initial technical issues. However, support responded incredibly quickly and solved the problems the same day. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to offer discounts on multi-buy orders

Great service and product. it does all the volume tiered discounting that u need by quantity or $ amount and allows for stackable discounts i.e. a visitor can add and apply an additional discount code to their order at the Cart level. Service was immediate and some customizations for my website were made in minutes. Nice group of people running this app. Highly recommended

We used this app to create our sitewide Buy More Save More, and setup on our own was fairly easy. There were a couple of advanced features we needed, and the service team was great...thanks for creating this app!
