Within 10 minutes they replied and fixed the problem, that is the best service you can imagine! Great! Would definitely recommend. ~ Another time they fixed my problem within 5 minutes and replies in 30 seconds!!

So far so good, and very quick response from support. It works great for our B2B site where we wanted to offer an additional percentage off when people buy a case quantity like 100 units.

Great App and very customisable with many features. Add to that the fact that support is instantaneous and amazingly helpful. Where possible are extremely responsive to making changes to my suggestions. All this while still in the trial period, I don’t know how they are going to top this customer experience when we start paying. Keep up the extraordinary support. "Highly customizable" this is not a joke. They mean it. The costumer support is amazing and open to help you where ever you need help. Even if you want to make your cart look more pretty, they are here for you. I can highly recommend this app. It already made me tons of conversions since I have started to use it.

I love this app! It works well with the Shopify discounts. It was easy to set up. The tiered discount table looks great. I needed a little help and they were support responsive and fixed my issue in no time. I would totally recommend it!

Decent Application. Really good support and communication. The Volume & Discounted Pricing is a little spotty but being able to test the discount prior to implementation is a plus.
