Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

I used this app to run a promotion and had questions and they were more than helpful and fixed my issues and answered all my questions. Wish more companies were like this. Love it! They are truly a great company!!!

So far so good. Using it on Expanse theme by Archetype Themes. Works right out of the box with Ajax cart checkout.

Customer support (Zarah) is excellent. We use a custom theme so the website does not work with the app after installation. Zarah helped to troubleshoot and resolve very quickly

One of the easiest apps to install and configure. I had everything set up and ready to go within a few minutes. I had a small issue customizing the display box but their devs responded to my messages within seconds and had it fixed within minutes. :) Update: Pavi is awesome! She quickly helped us resolve an issue that we caused when updating our theme. She's a lifesaver!

Great functionality and extremely helpful support on live chat when the written documentation needed some small clarification. They also helped guide me through the set up of the types of discounts I wanted. Price is reasonable and function for tiered discounts is just what I was looking for (ie. Spend and Save).

Great app, simple to install and modify. Superb support from Pavi from the helpdesk. Installed all features and got everything up and running within 15mins.

So far, so good! I just added the app to my shop and Parth was very helpful in assisting me with customizations to make it work better and visually align with my shop. It's also the only app I found that allows you to do tiered discounts based on dollar amount spent vs. multiples of an item. My only suggestion so far is to add the option to allow discounts to be activated with a discount code so it can be sent to select customers without using tags.

Practical application, it works very well and the service is excellent, I would like that in the future I could select only one theme to apply the offer, that would be great.

I am very well impressive about how good Volume & Discounted Pricing's UX is, and how powerful it is too. I was struggling to find a great Bulk Discount app that could be integrated with other product options' apps and could also integrate with Shopify's discount codes. This app can do everything I need. I was able to do some advanced configurations with the help of their fast and great live support. I couldn't be happier!

The app does what is says - great for volume and discounted pricing. easy to customize and edit options. Very quick service, I had two requests to correct minor issues and they were solved within minutes!

Zarah gave great assistance. Even though the app doesn't support our needs (bulk import/export for individual pricing), she was able to talk me through the uninstall process with ease.
