I received great service & support - they were very quick and helpful to help me get everything set up .

I needed an app to apply multiple automatic discounts and this app does it well. I wanted some help with making some tweaks and they did them really fast.

So far its good!!!! I can't wait to maximize this app's potential. I will come back and write more about it. Thank you !

The app works great for me, I have a discount: 3 items for €9.99 and it works perfectly, with different versions and if you want with multiple products. At first I used automated discounts from shopify, but then you can't use other discounts, with this app everything works way better! Support response very fast as well :)

The app does what is says - great for volume and discounted pricing. easy to customize and edit options. Very quick service, I had two requests to correct minor issues and they were solved within minutes!

Zarah gave great assistance. Even though the app doesn't support our needs (bulk import/export for individual pricing), she was able to talk me through the uninstall process with ease.

I use this app to do quantity discounting and amazingly they have stuff to chat and support and I am really happy with the support I get from them .the app is function very well

appalling app and the customer service make you repeat yourself..it's like no one is reading what we are saying. The app worked well before, but since the update it has completely slowed down our checkout and it jumbles up the prices sometimes. I;m just disappointed we have to unistall it now and find something that works better with our theme. I can also confirm that our cart problems completely went away when we unistalled this app.

I used this app for bulk purchasing on my site and when I was having some troubleshooting, customer service was extremely helpful with very quick response time. Great app!

Great customer service. Pavi took the time to explain what I needed and it made it easy for me to figure out how to fix my issue.

I moved to this App a week ago as I had lots of issues with another 'tiered discount' app. As soon as I started using this App, I realised that it was well designed and thought out and in the 7 day free trial, I had a few things that needed adjusting and the customer service was really great. The biggest plus for me, was that the issues were dealt with immediately and sorted within minutes. Very good. I am confident I have found the right product and will be paying the yearly subscription as of tomorrow.
