I used this app for bulk purchasing on my site and when I was having some troubleshooting, customer service was extremely helpful with very quick response time. Great app!

I am currently switching from Volume Boost because it doesn't support AJAX carts which our new theme uses. Support was great getting it installed and working for me in a timely manner. Zarah had it going on all of our cart pages in only a few minutes which was a welcome change from the other apps we have been testing with AJAX carts.

I moved to this App a week ago as I had lots of issues with another 'tiered discount' app. As soon as I started using this App, I realised that it was well designed and thought out and in the 7 day free trial, I had a few things that needed adjusting and the customer service was really great. The biggest plus for me, was that the issues were dealt with immediately and sorted within minutes. Very good. I am confident I have found the right product and will be paying the yearly subscription as of tomorrow.

We used Shopacado's app on one of our other stores and found it to be extremely flexible for what we needed, but also their support was amazing. It was only natural to use this app again for our second Shopify store which also has similar tiered pricing on products. Team was again great to deal with and helped us get it up and running within minutes exactly to our requirements. Highly recommend!

I just signed up for this App and so far it is amazing! I had some issues that was with how my Shopify store was set up with other discounts and the App developers were able to remedy the problem within minutes and the store works amazing! I can't wait until we go live, but so far this app is going to make selling my product a breeze!

Good app but has limitations of not being able to combine offers on total order amount.Buyer experience is hampered.

Had trouble setting the app, the online customer service was great. I was able to set up my discounts in a short period of time. Zarah walked me through the whole process and stayed online till everything was set up.
