Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

Great customer service. Pavi took the time to explain what I needed and it made it easy for me to figure out how to fix my issue.

I moved to this App a week ago as I had lots of issues with another 'tiered discount' app. As soon as I started using this App, I realised that it was well designed and thought out and in the 7 day free trial, I had a few things that needed adjusting and the customer service was really great. The biggest plus for me, was that the issues were dealt with immediately and sorted within minutes. Very good. I am confident I have found the right product and will be paying the yearly subscription as of tomorrow.

We used Shopacado's app on one of our other stores and found it to be extremely flexible for what we needed, but also their support was amazing. It was only natural to use this app again for our second Shopify store which also has similar tiered pricing on products. Team was again great to deal with and helped us get it up and running within minutes exactly to our requirements. Highly recommend!

This app looks and works great and the team works hard to make your theme work if it doesn't out of the box

I just signed up for this App and so far it is amazing! I had some issues that was with how my Shopify store was set up with other discounts and the App developers were able to remedy the problem within minutes and the store works amazing! I can't wait until we go live, but so far this app is going to make selling my product a breeze!

Easy to use, had an issue with it not displaying the discounted price but their support was awesome and quick to fix.

Good app but has limitations of not being able to combine offers on total order amount.Buyer experience is hampered.

Had trouble setting the app, the online customer service was great. I was able to set up my discounts in a short period of time. Zarah walked me through the whole process and stayed online till everything was set up.

The developers of this app were really awesome! There were some issues with integration as I had Shopify's automated discount running as well. The developers were there to assist me within minutes on a Saturday afternoon! UPDATE: Ok I have to say I am super disappointed by this app. It can't do the math properly, and I'm told that this is a "Shopify" limitation?? What use is a bulk discount app that can't calculate properly.

This app is amazing. It allows me to sell my custom hats wholesale. The customer support is superb and Nivi has helped me with any problems i have encountered. Whenever I update my website, this team is super quick to help me ensure this app is working correctly. Because of this app i generate thouasands of dollars in sales everyday.
