Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

So far so good with this app. I was looking for something simple that would let me combine discounts for my customers. It looks like this might be my solution. The customer support is outstanding so far. I'm using the Shopify template Emerge and it doesn't seem to be on the list of templates they support but so far it looks like, with the help of their support team, it may work out. It work great in my store, I already gain a order. easy to use, and fix cart problem quickly. don't need other permission too.

It's crazy how much good, knowledgeable customer service makes certain apps so much better than others. This is one of those apps with unbelievable service. For volume/quanity discounts and such, this is the best app out of the 20 or more I've tried.

Customer service is fantastic, great product as well, does exactly what we were after and what we expected.

So far the app and the support has been great. The dashboard is very fast and the features seem to be very well considered. I get the impression that the team has put a lot of thought into the product and has listened well to customer feedback. In addition, the support has been very responsive and helpful. ---------------------------------------- UPDATE 1: Downgraded this review to 4 stars ONLY because we pull our product form our home page and the Discounts Table doesn't automatically display on our home page. Shopacado's support team helped us find a manual workaround that is functional if a bit cumbersome to use. However, we will gladly edit this review back to 5 stars once that functionality is in place. Everything else about this app and the team has been terrific! --------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 2 (Sep. 2022) - We have been using this app for two years now and we have switched themes twice, both times with customization. Shopacado has provided strong support that was able to keep everything running smoothly through those changes. Upgraded to 5 stars.

just installed the app, so far looks good! as we are located in Singapore, i am always concern about the location of support staffs, which will affect the support hours we will get. just found out they provide 24hours support from staffs located 2 countries. that is really fantastic! Thumbs up!! 31/8/2021 An update after 8 months of using this app. Still very happy with what the app can do for us! Today think of a new way for promotion and want to clarify some detail setup. Zarah was there to reply my chat in a matter of minutes. Two thumbs up for the great support! Highly recommended app!!

I used this app to be able to give discounts/ quantity breaks, and it works perfectly from product page all the way to checkout and customer service is phenomenal , I highly recommend, oh and there customer service is phenomenal.

Good app, worth to be recommended. Unlike some other app i used before which always cann't apply to all order ,this app is quite standble to use!

Easy to set up (took about 2 minutes to set up my first promotion). Very user friendly. Had one hiccup with my Shopify theme but customer service helped me out and got everything working within about 10 minutes. I've looked into a couple of different apps and this one is by far the best I've used.

This app was the only bundling discount app that allowed us to stack discounts since it is not a functionality on shopify. It gets the job done and the team is always very responsive to questions and concerns.

Used this app because other apps stopped working. At first we had problems getting it to work correctly with our custom theme, but Hasti and their support team got us up and running in just a few minutes! They even provided support on a Saturday afternoon which is unheard of. Great app and team!

This app significantly improved my customer's experience of my website and has led to increased average order values. Hasti and Abuzar from the customer service team were amazing! They're very responsive and worked with me to get layout and design of the app looking just the way I wanted it. I tried several other volume discount apps but this one is honestly the best.
