I've been using this app for a very long time and never have any issues. I had a little trouble getting it to work when I updated my theme but Nivi was super quick to respond and got everything fixed in just a few minutes. 10/10

We recently installed this app to offer multiple tiered automatic discounts which is something you can't do natively in Shopify. Not only does it work great, but their team is extremely helpful in meeting - even exceeding - expectations. we had some issues with conflicting code on our site and they helped fix it immediately. Great customer support! Had an issue with getting the app installed on my theme. And they were super friendly and fixed my issue in no time! Even the price is worth it, nice discount for a annual subscription! Would recommend 10/10!!

It is very easy to use and apply on my website. The customer service is helpful and responds to my messages in less than a minute! They understand the issues I have without explaining much and fix it on their end rather than telling me what to do, which can be confusing. Highly recommend!

Just installed. Not tried in action. But the Facility ist perfect. I wrote 2 messages and got fast and competent reply. Works easy, easy to understand, good support.

The best thing about this app is the support. While the set up didn't work for us automatically, they responded within minutes and fixed the issue. We also had a couple of occurrences where the discount didn't work - but again the developers we responsive within minutes and fixed any issues.
