Easy to install & great customer service. I had our volume discount added to the shop in less than 1 hour. I did need help connecting it to our theme, but was immediately helped at 1am by their customer support team and we had the discounts live in moments! Looking foward to selling more!

This app used to work but no longer works at all and has caused me pain due to customers emailing several times a day saying they are not receiving discount's. I emailed support with screenshots and she come back and said it was 'fixed' in a matter of minutes which is a very poor case of customer service. Saying that something is fixed without properly looking into it and fixing it is not very acceptable I am afraid. I am cancelling my subscription today and I strongly suggest people think twice before installing this as it simply does not work as intended and it has still not been fixed as a matter of urgency. This app was a lifesaver when another app was not working properly. This one always works and if I ever have an issue, support will help me very quickly and has always resolved my problems! I love this app for offering bulk discounts to my customers!

It is the best discount app I have found, I use mostly the volume discount features and use it on both of my two websites. If you need any help the support is just fantastic. Tubms up from me on this one, try it out and you will be convinced.

OLD REVIEW: Great product, good service when I was having difficulty. Thank yoU! UPDATED: when the app stopped working in my cart, causing customers to NOT be able to check out, they had to "check with the developer" and would not give any time frame. My store was literally paralyzed with no one able to check out. I am having to uninstall it and find a different app immediately.

Nivi was great, i requested some help in integrating app at 11.30 pm and got a response in 3 minutes and issue resolved in 5 mins, I have used this app in a number of sites we develop for clients, , cant beat it, don't waste time with others as this integrates well into the fly out cart and main cart.

The app can be customized to create offers with ease. Customizable messages on product and Cart pages allow for perfect campaign alignment.

The perfect app for our needs and for anyone serious about increasing their average cart size. Creating discounts was very simple and straightforward. We had some configuration questions with our first offer, but support was super quick to respond and was able to get us up and running. I highly recommend the app for your store.

Love this app and the customer service is amazing! I needed help on the new update and Nivi was right there to help. She was patient, answered my questions and send me videos and pictures. I had to take a break to pick up kids from school and I returned back HOURS LATER and Nivi was still there! I didn't have to wait one minute for her help! So grateful she helped me accomplish what I needed. THANK YOU, Nivi!!
