I had amazing support in having this app getting to work with my theme. From me downloading it, to having support doing a custom install, all was done in about 30 minutes. I have had other volume discount style apps, but this one is truly amazing because of the level and speed of support.

This app significantly improved my customer's experience of my website and has led to increased average order values. Hasti and Abuzar from the customer service team were amazing! They're very responsive and worked with me to get layout and design of the app looking just the way I wanted it. I tried several other volume discount apps but this one is honestly the best. It allows my customers to get automatic discounts and gives them the ability to add an additional discount to the cart. 5 stars (I'd give 10 stars if that was an option) for the fantastic service and great app. Keep up the great work, Luke

I'm updating my review... Original review: Among the easiest apps to setup, great features, and great customer service. And fair pricing. Their team helped with our theme integration within 5 minutes of us installing the app. Much appreciated, highly recommend! IMPORTANT UPDATE: Your store customers are, by default, not subscribed to your email list unless they opt-in. There is no way to change the setting to opt-out while this app is installed. During our use of the app, our subscribe rate post-purchase went from ~75% to 5-10%. Email is our number #1 channel for retention/repeat orders, so we had to remove the app and go elsewhere. I honestly don't know how many stars is fair, as the app and customer service are great. But email lists are so critical to revenue that anything interfering with subscribe rates is a big, big problem.

FINALLY! I have been waiting for an app like this that is affordable for small business. Just getting set up with the Volume and Discounting app. So excited! This app is very easy to navigate and does exactly what I need it to. You can even import Shopify discount codes to work in tandem with volume discounts. The support team is very helpful and responsive.

I have used many discount apps and Appikon's app is the best I have used so far! My store requires volume discounts for individual products, and needs to be able to work with coupon codes. I love that the app displays the discount for the individual product AND the discount for coupon code seperately in the cart. No other app I have seen does this. Also, their support is EXCEPTIONAL. When they say they reply in 5 mins, THEY REALLY DO. Huge thumbs up for the Appikon team!

I've been using this app for a very long time and never have any issues. I had a little trouble getting it to work when I updated my theme but Nivi was super quick to respond and got everything fixed in just a few minutes. 10/10

We recently installed this app to offer multiple tiered automatic discounts which is something you can't do natively in Shopify. Not only does it work great, but their team is extremely helpful in meeting - even exceeding - expectations. we had some issues with conflicting code on our site and they helped fix it immediately.
