An easy-to-use app that has greatly helped my business. The customer service is excellent—always responsive and very helpful. I use it to offer special pricing for segmented customers and discounts, and it works perfectly. I love this app!

It's a really great team. The product is exactly what I need. Whenever we have a problem, they always show up and make sure we are taken care of. It's hard to find such a great team. When I needed to change the background color and font, they were very patient to help answer the questions and gave me a screenshot of the detailed method to add so that I could change the background color myself. It's really great and I will continue to use their open software when needed.

Do NOT use this app. The app does not work with your checkout page. When asking for setup assistance the OSCP team is completely unresponsive. I contacted them three times over chat and twice via email with only an automated response.
Our support system was unavailable that day, which delayed our response to your query. Additionally, we checked our emails but couldn’t find any email from you. This team is great. Such a great product as well. We have used many of their services and products and have nothing but a good report. Anytime we had an issue they would always show up right away and make sure we are taken care of. This is rare to find a team like this. Anytime we ask to meet on video call for questions or projects they always made themselves available. We saw how great their team was so we hired them for personal projects. It has been a great experience with their products and their service. I definitely recommend using this.

Had issues setting up the app and the customer service team was not as helpful as they should've been. They also left me hanging for over thirty minutes without a response. I will be looking into another app to support my needs.

Edit after talking with support: Now it's working. Thank you very much. For future users, make sure to follow the App Setup guide since without that it doesn't work. Original comment: Did not work for my store. I wanted to add an automatic discount to VIP customers but when I tested it did not work....

In the meantime, here are a few general troubleshooting steps you can take: Verify the app settings: Double-check the app's configuration and ensure that you have correctly set up the discount for VIP customers. Confirm that the criteria for eligibility, such as customer is tagged and logged in to view offer on the product page. Have you installed any other pricing apps in your store? First, I want to thank the team at Nagpur Soft for their extremely friendly, helpful and fast help in getting the app integrated with our highly customized v 1.0 legacy theme. Very professional throughout the process & the provided documentation provided will help us keep the integration working as we continue to build and change our theme. Second, this app allows us to provide special pricing for specific products, collections and customers, whether just a simple single discount or discounts based on bulk quantities. Being able to do this without needing coupon codes, or duplicate products really streamlines the process for both us and our customers, and removes significant friction. Don't see how you can go wrong. Highly recommended.
