We have used most, if not all, of the customisation apps available on the shopify store. However, this one is the BEST by far. I did the customisation of over 100 different clothing in less than 2 hours as a complete newbie to the app. Any problems I get, I am rest assured that the support team get back to me on that day, whether it's 8am or 8pm, and they are consistent with their work and help us solve any problem we get. Thanks to all at of the team that manage this app - it's a real game changer for all customisation stores

Terrible customer service, they never respond. The app is clunky and works half the time other times doesn't. I do not recommend this garbage. Now I cant get unsubscribed total scam!

ZERO stars, although the system doesn't allow it. Let's forget the fact that I downloaded this program hoping it would be a suitable match, based on reviews saying that it worked. But when I downloaded it, the error came up that I needed to activate it with my theme. I tried this several times. I then reached out to customer service. Someone responded right away and told me that I should disregard the error, that the system was set up correctly on my theme. So I asked if they could help walk me thru how to make a product. Their response was that they already made a sample product and I could copy theirs. I was still curious why the error was showing that it needed to be activated if it was already activated. He said I should wait and someone would reach out to me right away and inform me that the code has been corrected so that the error wouldn't show anymore. 3 days later........someone contacts me and said they need MORE access to my back office because the access I granted them (based on their request), wasn't enough. At this point, I am 3 days into a 10 day trial and losing time that I can't get back. So I told them I am no longer interested in their "assistance" and I am deleting their program. Once deleted they sent me an email asking if they could help and offered other apps. I told them no I wasn't interested in anything else from them. Their response was they didn't want anything from me. They were VERY rude in their response, acted like THEIR lack of communication was somehow MY fault. They lost my business because when I have an issue, I expect a reponse quickly, not days later. I wouldn't do that to my customers, so I wouldn't expect others to do it to me. They claimed that I contacted them at 2:26am and they responded at midnight. Even if that were true, why would it take them almost 22 hours to respond? I told them I am not interested in staying up all night to communicate with them. They stated that they aren't either (then why would they wait until midnight to respond to me)? If you are looking for good customer service, I recommend going some where else. My search is still on for a WORKING app...this one couldn't even get out of the box Here is the emails between us, and you decide whether you want to do business with this type of company. And when I was doing this, someone was contacting me at that moment. So I am not sure what email address you have tried to contact. But it appears it was not mine. That is ok, since I deleted your app the other day and haven't even tried to use it again.

We wanted to offer simple customisation to a large number of clubs. We relied on the software designer specialist install team but we made a couple of errors, causing the system to fall over. They responded quickly and all is now working as indicated. Note, tell your customers not to try to upload any file over 3mb.

They have been very helpful with installing the app on our store DG Custom Graphics. I had to rebuild the theme on my site because Shopify said the old theme I was using would not support sub drown menus. The app developers for Tshirt & Product Design Studio have been very helpful in getting us back up and running. Advice I would give to other shop owners is be careful with the apps you install. I found out today from Shopify that one of the apps is affecting the drop down menus when you use a cell phone. I think in the past that may have been what happened when this app was not functioning properly and they were good at getting it back up and running.

The design it yourself aspect of the app is great! Loads quickly and allows customer to design a product. Our needs are more complicated and advanced so it may not end up working for us without more customization of app but definitely a great tool for most situations and online store needs. Working with developer to see if our issues can be resolved.

Wonderful software, thank you very much. Cliparts management is very easy, and there are many features (front / back, multiple selection, great admin). Moreover, Customers are able to customize products from mobiles or tablets. I'd recommend for anyone who owns a webshop with customized products.

These guys are great - app is easy to use (if you can do some simple Photoshop on your graphics ) and the advice and support is 100%. I was quoted over 20k 2 years ago for something similar, so i am highly delighted. Support was quick and 100% effective i have no hesitation is recommending this app and this company.

The custom design studio is awesome. There was a hitch with the installation, but the developer helped us get it ironed out right away. The support is excellent. I highly recommend this app if you need custom-designed products.

Wow, what can I say except AWESOME!!! We do lots of personalization on slate, tile, hard boards and so much more, Altaf took this program and customized it to our needs, at an exceptional price. The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend this app and the developers, if you are looking for an app to work with your site to give your customers the freedom to personalize their products, you just found it!
