The reviews for this Shopify app are mixed. One user gave it a 5-star rating, praising its ease of setup and the multiple choice option for customers. Easy to set up. It even has a multiple choice option where the customer can select more than one field. We only need one form at the moment, so free is a great price. Not sure why more people aren't using or reviewing this app. The previous reviewer that gave it a one-star was pretty harsh. I haven't needed support, but when it comes to the Shopify app store, I typically don't expect it for a free or low cost app. Great work!
Awful experience. No customer service / support whatsoever. I started using this for my Shopify site - worked well, but I needed a small tweak, to be able to have a form offer 40 choices rather than the standard 20. Emailed for support -- absolutely no response. It's been weeks. Shopify's customer support even emailed them, & still no response. Now I need to let go of 3-4 hours of work in setup, and try to find some other niche app that does the same thing. Really frustrating, do not recommend.
Thank you for trying the app. it worked well, you asked for more - extra feature that was never advertised or promised. Unfortunately we can not make "40 choices rather than the standard 20". Sorry for ruining your 3-4 hours of work and thank you for runining ~200 hours of development team with 1 start review, so that the app most likely will be abandoned as it has no future with such rating. If you have a constructive support request - we are ready to assist, demanding new features and giving 1 star for not getting them is your right as platform allows this, we hope it makes you feel satisfied.
