We've been using the app for 3 years now - I wrote a review saying how great it was when we first set it up but I just wanted to write again to say how fantastic the support is. Min is always quick to get back to us and is so helpful - if something isn't working, it's always been because I have set it up wrong and didn't know how to do it. Min takes a look, finds the problem and either puts is right or tells us how to do it ourselves. Top notch!
Excellent support and solved a long standing problem I had with different shipping groups pertaining to wholesale and retail. WIll use this app a long time I'm sure. Also loads fast enough for a 3rd party app.
