Bespoke Shipping

We've been using the app for 3 years now - I wrote a review saying how great it was when we first set it up but I just wanted to write again to say how fantastic the support is. Min is always quick to get back to us and is so helpful - if something isn't working, it's always been because I have set it up wrong and didn't know how to do it. Min takes a look, finds the problem and either puts is right or tells us how to do it ourselves. Top notch!

This app has delivered on every request I need and it is largely due to the excellent design of the app and wonderful customer service that comes it. If I could give them SIX stars I would, it's a fabulous app!

The best shipping app I have ever used. I have been running ecommerce for over a decade and tried many different solutions, but this is the only one that has worked really well, has a lot of flexibility and gets accurate shipping quotes. Our USPS quotes are exact to the penny. Once you understand how to set everything up, it is a breeze. We have ours setup for free shipping on some products once the cart value hits a certain level, other products can never ship free due to their size, we have special handling for international orders, etc. But the life saver is knowning how many products will fit in a given box size. We have about 2000 skus and 30 different box sizes for our normal shipping. We sell things that are tiny, and some things that are too large for USPS. This app handles them all easily. Service from the company has been great when needed, but we have not needed much. Mostly just nice to ask them a quick question now and then. If you ship a range of products, then you need this app. It will take a while to setup all of your data, but it is well worth it.

Honestly one of the best apps/add-ons I've used in my near 10 years of shopify. Brilliantly versatile, but if there ever has been a question, refinement, adjustment I've been curious about, the customer support from Min has been nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgable, always quick to reply and suggest viable ways of achieving what I'm thinking. Understanding and patient when I perhaps don't describe things very well with my somewhat limited knowledge at the best of times. Just makes the shipping side of things work how it should, and exactly how you want it to work, something very lacking in the basic shopify shipping configurations to say the least. Brilliant app, brilliant service from Min, highly recommend.

We've tried a few different shipping apps and this is hands-down the best. The support is the best I've experienced with any shopify app and the options to use either the Wizard to add shipping rates or the PHP editor to write your own delivery rules make it incredible flexible. Our delivery rates are complex to calculate but this app has made things much easier. Thank you!

Great APP!

I cannot express how truly phenomenal the customer support we've received has been. Any time we've had an issue, even with the custom rates we had set up through the Macro Editor, they've been there to help. We've been using this app for our rates for at least a few years now and would 100% recommend it to anyone needing custom shipping rates for their store.

Who Gives A Crap has been using Bespoke Shipping to handle our shipping globally for about a decade now. I remember Min directly helping with the set up way back then, and I'm glad he's still being such a good steward of this thing. The killer feature is the ability to use PHP to write your shipping rules, which allows you to customize those rules to exactly what you need (but there's still a user interface for those who are less technical and want to use that to set things up). And of course the customer service is excellent, as you see mentioned over and over again in the reviews on this page. This app has done so much heavy lifting for us over the years, thank you so much Min!

Support is great. App does as described and has allowed us configure are shipping costs more than you can with shopify out of the box.

Can't say enough great things about this app and the support. Solved major rate issues, customer service is incredible, great set-up and support. 1. We needed an app that would show rates based on customer tags only, and this was the only one I could find. All others wouldn't work because it also used addresses or names, but this didn't work if you had a customer account shipping to multiple addresses. Bespoke had a perfect solution for this that integrated with existing Shopify rates so my set-up was minimal. 2) Min is the most patient, communicative, and helpful person in the world -- walked me through my dev set up, then prod set up, troubleshot back and forth on countless emails and helped me get exactly where I needed to go. If you're wondering why every review says this, it's because it's actually true! Thank you so much Min for your help and for making such a great app!

App can be a little overwhelming to use but that's only because it allows you to do everything and anything! App support has been super helpful and quick to respond - shout outs to Min! Highly recommended App if you have complex shipping requirements.

We were not able to estimate shipping costs before bespoke. We had to pack the boxes and then weigh them to enter info to ups and come up with a shipping charge. Each box is like a puzzle and they are all different. Many times boxes were packed and when it was a credit card customer their orders would sit in boxes while we chased down the payment. We were running out of space in the warehouse. For the bespoke app, we had to measure and weigh each of our products. Then bespoke stacks the items in our box sizes virtually and we can add the shipping charge and present the invoice to the customer. We don't pack the actual boxes until they pay. We still have to take a few minutes to go into the bespoke logs to make sure it is correct. Sometimes adjustments have to be made. This is a great app but you may need someone else to set it up for you. I told my daughter how I envisioned shipping and she found this app and did all the work to customize it for us. We have been using it since 2022.

I always forget to write reviews but I specifically wanted to here. It is a little complicated to use but that's only because it has such a broad range of ways it can be implemented. We've been able offer dynamic and complicated shipping options, something we never could before. For example shipping rates that take into account the number of products in a customer cart, something that had always been an issue for us, some larger orders only paying a minimal shipping before now. Highly recommend but give yourself time to understand exactly how it all works.
