This app was a lifesaver and allowed us to customize our shipping rates exactly to our specifications. Min was incredibly responsive and completed our customization in record time. The cost was very reasonable and when we discovered a couple of oversights on our part, Min was happy to make the changes. He literally had them fixed within minutes....the best developer we have worked with on shopify by far!

Not sure what's up with Bath House Records below. We've been using Bespoke for two years now, and Min has by far been the most responsive, helpful, and fair developer I've worked with. He's accommodated a ton of custom requests for our business, and has been incredibly fair with his custom development rates. Can't recommend him enough, great app, great support!

Love this app - Min is phenomena! Extremely responsive to every request (and I had a lot of questions and specific needs) and was able to come up with a solution every time. Do yourself a favor and have Min handle the set-up. Cost is extremely reasonable and well worth it. Don't let the php scare you. I was concerned about maintenance, but after set-up, Min provided step-by-step instructions that make it super-easy to maintain and update. This was the only app that could meet all of my needs, and I am extremely happy with the results!

I was very limited by the Shopify settings for shipping and needed something to integrate with my wholesale side. This does this trick... it's not perfect because of Shopify limitations but it is worth it. I cannot say enough about Min's amazing customer service...the only person I've encountered in all the apps I've purchased who is completely responsive and helpful.

Min is nothing short of amazing. Once you install this app, you'll likely be reaching out for support (definitely not for coding novices). I'm a seasoned pro, having coded for decades. If you need a hook into Shopify shipping, and can write the logic (mostly cascading if-statements), this is the perfect tool for you. I wasn't a PHP person, but just downloading NetBeans for PHP and playing around with some Google searches and tutorials is a quick way to get started. Highly recommended. Great support from Min too. One year later: this app still is a key piece to our store. We couldn't live without it. We may not touch the code for many months at a time, but when we need a change, it's easy to jump in and tweak the code. Still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Min was super helpful with adding in Couriers Please for me as a new carrier and also coding some very specific features I was looking for so that the checkout would offer shipping choices based on cart totals, address type, or dangerous goods. Its now been up and running for a few weeks and Im incredibly happy with how its working out across our sites. Would highly recommend getting this app installed and Min to do whatever tweaks you need to be able to offer your customer the perfect shipping methods.

This is one of the most flexible and intuitive custom shipping solutions on the market for Shopify! Our developers have been able to easily create custom shipping rules for wholesale customers, custom filters for shipping services, and free shipping promotions for orders over a certain dollar amount. However, where this app really shines is in their CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have reached out to one of their developers, Min Liu, multiple times and he is always very quick to reply and knows exactly what he is doing. This level of customer service is very rare these days, and it is truly priceless. Thank you BeSpoke Shipping!!

Update: a few years into using Bespoke and it still works great, support is amazing and now that we have learned to do our own adjustments we are even happier than we have ever been....see below..... There is no way any other app would work so well for our shipping needs through Shopify and the customer service is beyond our wildest expectations. Our shipping rules are a little complex and the app does exactly what we need it to do. It accurately presents shipping pricing for our customers for UPS, FEDEX and all those great USPS Flat Rate and Reduced Rate A and B boxes. Thanks again.

I am delighted with this app, and the support from Min. I have not had any issues with it at all since installed. The added bonus for me was that the process of writing down and submitting my shipping charge methodology highlighted the complexity of what I was doing, and caused me to have another think about certain areas. The result being that as well as absolutely fulfilling the requirements I had to calculate shipping for my Shopify store, I also managed to simplify the whole process for myself as well. Amending the charge rates when the courier companies change their rates is straightforward enough and in my view, can be done yourself, if you are changing the structure of how you charge though, then that is a little more complex.

Unbelievable support. I can't recommend the app or Min highly enough. If you have shipping rules that are unsupported by Shopify, Bespoke is the gold standard and should be your go to. We had no PHP experience on staff and were still up and running in just a few days. Thank you, Min!!!

I had a complicated shipping setup that I was unable to find a solution for and Shopify Support recommended Bespoke Shipping. I then reach out to Min the developer for Bespoke Shipping. I was walked through the entire process and the setup was completed. Min was super fast in responding to emails and getting everything functioning. This app is awesome especially if you have multiple shipping options setup between Wholesale and Retail customers. Thanks, Min!

Sets the bar in terms of service. If you have specific shipping needs, this is the app for you. PHP knowledge is necessary but Min helped greatly in getting us started. Highly recommended.
