This app was a lifesaver. We needed a custom change that wasn't built into the app to make our delivery charges subject to the delivery date chosen, so we emailed Min who helped us through the process. I am not a php programmer, but the guide and example provided by Min made it simple for us to create a zip-code, delivery date, and time-ordered dependent solution. You DO have to put in some time to make it work, but we're extremely happy with the results!

This app is not for beginners or those who want simplified better shipping options out of the box...BUT if you are looking for unlimited power and customization of your business logic, this is exactly what you need. We have a super complex setup, where we have two stores that are massively geographically separate and we ship large items where accurate shipping charges are key as getting it wrong is the difference between profit and loss. In the space of a week with an intermediate PHP coder, we had the logic to ship from one or both locations in a single order, to anywhere in our target country, with a choice of two shipping carriers. Where Shopify's out of the box shipping would never allow us to any degree of accuracy with shipping charges, Bespoke Shipping has us getting it right to the cent. Can't recommend highly enough, but make sure you have the skill to code (or use the developers service to help) and understanding of your own business logic and needs first. It's not meant to be simple, it's meant to be fully customizable, and it is.

Five stars hands down. Our ecommerce site has been operating without an effective drop Shipping configuration. We tried another app and it couldn't deliver what we needed. Min guided us through the entire process and made it easy to understand. Min stayed the course and I greatly appreciate it the results are exactly what we had hoped to achieve.

5 Star App and 5 Star Service from Min. What we thought would be an incredibly difficult thing to do was made to seem like a breeze with Bespoke Shipping. An absolute must have APP to customise shipping charges. Min attendeded to it quickly and effectively with no hassles. Absolutely recommended!

We have a quite complex range of shipping rates, that would have taken hours to create in the normal Shopify dashboard. In addition we have particular products that have to be shipped at different rates, something that Shopify can't do at all. This app sorted it easily. Note that the interface is a page of php code, which could be off-putting for some. However the fact that you can edit the code is exactly what makes this app so useful - it's vastly quicker and more flexible than using the Shopify interface. Even if you have no experience with php, it's not hard to make small changes like adding a country or adjusting a price. And if you're familiar with javascript, or messing around with Shopify liquid code, you won't have any trouble understanding the if/else statements. I should add that the developer Min did the initial set up - wrote and installed all the code for our different rates, and quickly corrected a small mistake. Very happy!

Fantastic customer service, Min implemented the code for our rates and we are testing them out first thing in the morning I have to give 5 stars for now To help out you have to be able to generalise your shipping rates, so first approach your shipper, get up to date data from them, set up your equations and supply as much info you can to Min I'll add to the review shortly when we see it in action (waiting on our New Years Sale rush to stop)
