We upgraded based on a clearly advertised monthly price, only to later be told we had to pay significantly more based on order volume. This was never made clear upfront. On top of that, we were told upgrading was required just to receive support. The end result? Costs nearly 10x higher than expected. Very disappointing experience and a lack of transparency overall.
