SmartCA: Customer Attribute

Sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn't, there's no rhyme or reason to why and when it will happen. I have had customers not be able to checkout because even though they enter info in a required field, it still won't let them go any farther. Also, conditional attributes sometimes work and sometimes don't. Very frustrating and terrible customer service.

Just what I needed to add more fields in the cart page that used to take up a lot of our time. As the set-up of our delivery is quite different we need this extra steps but also need to make it efficient. This app did this.

it helped me quickly create a form This app is really user friendly, which is a must for a novice site editor.

Great app! Easy to use! I used it to create custom fields on my account page and my cart page, it was great! I would highly recommend this app!

A bit expensive but it allows me to add custom fields to the default pages rather than creating an entirely new form. I'm with this app.

Very good App to track where customers come from. Had a few issues due to a new Shopify Template ( not teh Apps issue). They contacted the Theme developer and fixed the issue quickly. Thank you secomapp.

After lots, and I mean Lots! of searching for an app that would allow specific text fields to be completed by the customer, I found and absolutely LOVE “Customer Attribute” the app works perfectly!!! Support is fantastic, prompt and very helpful, I can’t rate it highly enough. A BIG Thanks to all the team at Secomapp, my store definitely wouldn’t be anywhere near as functional without you. Keep up the great work!!

Would be nice to import attributes and the customer tagger had a few bugs. Also some of the fields won't sort and the dashboard resets to 5 lines. Would be great to save a preferred view so you don't have to reset filters repeatedly.

A must have app for any Shopify toolbox - extends the capabilities of your cart. Amazing customer service - 5 stars!

Great app really helped with the custom cart issues we were experiencing as a flower shop needing card messages etc.

Was looking for an app that would allow us to create a personal message at cart and this was the perfect app to create it. We sell flowers at Amazing Graze Flowers so having an option to add a message was essential. Thanks, Russell

great app works but i have to write a minimum of 100 characters and that is messed up to finish downD

Gives us the additional form fields we need. Works great! Excellent customer service! Only downside is the inflexibility of the form. If you change the fields, you loose the content of the old fields.

We use this app to tag customers by industry. It helps us form segmented lists for marketing by email and paper catalog. Without this app, I'd have to guess the industry based on the company name... :-)
