This app gave me the ability to know my customers better. No other app i found nor Shopify helped me as much as this app did. I highly recommend it.

The app is very nice, and the price of free with the exchange with writing a review is a decent deal. I am still a starter, but I can understand how the app works, and it is really handy for adding the missing fields for the information that you want to get from your customers. I'll update the review later on, by reflecting my personal experience using this app. Until then, I recommend every merchant to install this app. Things for free won't last forever, so, hurry up! The app does everything it says and the support staff were fantastic. They responded very quickly to my email and assisted me to create the fields I needed Many thanks from a satisfied customer

Allowed me to add questions to the cart page, and have those answers appear on orders, exports and emails. Works on guest checkouts, and doesn't require a Customer account.
