We’re sorry, but we truly did not receive any message from you. We have carefully checked all of our channels — including in-app messages, our email inbox, and even the spam folder — and we were unable to find any message from you. We are always more than willing to help resolve any issues. Over the past 4 years, we have never missed or ignored a single customer inquiry, and there would be no reason for us to do so. If a message was sent but no reply was received, the most likely reason is that it did not reach us. Please feel free to send us a message again or email us anytime at [email protected]. Because I couldn't block the IP, I didn't use the app for one month. I didn't use the app for the next two months, but I was still charged for two consecutive months. I made a claim but didn't receive a response. You guys are robbers. Please give me my money back. Everyone, be careful not to use this app.

First, we would like to clarify that we issued the refund on the same day(June 5). We have already provided refund screenshots and official proof from Shopify, but you still insist that we did not issue the refund. As you are a merchant from Vietnam, we even translated our messages into both Vietnamese and English, but unfortunately this did not resolve the situation. Second, we strongly ask that you stop using extremely offensive and abusive language toward our support team in your messages. We have been consistently trying to help you resolve this issue, and we have not done anything wrong. Third, you did use our app for two months. During that time, you set up multiple blocking rules, and our app correctly protected your store according to your settings. Throughout those two months, you never contacted us. However, after you decided to close your Shopify store, you claimed that you had never used the app. Out of support for new merchants, we still chose to issue you a refund, although we had every right not to do so. We have always done our best to resolve every merchant’s issues. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us — we take every case seriously and remain fully committed to providing responsible, fair, and timely support to all merchants.
