I have been using Follow Up for a week now and it’s been a great help with managing proofs for custom orders. The workflow is simple and clean. It saves us a lot of time and keeps things organized. Still, a few small features we’d love to see added, but overall, it does the job really well. Also, they have quick support.

Wasn’t sure if people would respond, but they actually did. Especially helpful for those who place personalized or half-finished orders. Definitely added some structure to my post-order process.

Before this app, I was chasing people manually with emails and DMs. Now I can schedule it and move on. Less mental load. More consistency. Also, customers can easily approve their custom orders or provide feedback.

For our property business we take down payment first time and remaining in next few steps. We checked lot of apps to manage follow up communication and invoice at one place. This app perfectly resolve our issue. Now we can send document, manage communication and invoices at one place and customers are so happy. A life-saver for my store! Can't recommend it enough. Amazing customer support! Thanks!!
