Total disaster. It fails constantly and has ended up costing us far more money due to incorrect pricing, on top of the app’s own cost. Absolutely not worth it.

Update Feb 12 2026: While trying to remove the traces their support folks messed up our order numbers sequence, we are reporting this to Shopify app support. The Bold Custom Pricing app is in serious need of a revamp some features don't work and whole store slows down. To ensure better performance and reliability it really should be aiming for the 'Built for Shopify' badge. We eventually uninstalled the app with the assistance of Bold's support team, but unfortunately, it still left traces of code behind on our store. A cleaner, more complete uninstall process is essential.

Bold Custom Pricing has been a great way for us to provide a dynamic, functional wholesale channel for our B2B customers on Shopify without having to invest in Shopify Plus as we are still growing to a level that justifies that level of investment. It's easy to use, affordable and the support team has been great. Shout out to Chintak for helping me unlock some extra functionality and troubleshoot a few issues we were having. Highly recommend!
