We will be looking into other options as this app continues to crash and not work, while the "support" ignores us reaching out for assistance. This app was great until it wasn't. Why would we pay for something that hasn't been working properly for the last 3+ weeks?
Bold has helped us offer better pricing to our B2B customers without a lot of hassle. When I had a Bold/browser problem, Chintak stuck with it until it was solved. Thank you.
Total disaster. It fails constantly and has ended up costing us far more money due to incorrect pricing, on top of the app’s own cost. Absolutely not worth it.
