Our price syncing broke unexpectedly and wreaked havoc on or store. We reached out to Bold support specifically Chintak, and Bhumi. Once they were involved, the site was back in good working condition quickly.
This app used to work wonderfully, now it's been down on our end for 2 weeks and support has been ignoring my requests for help. Looks like it's time for us to move on and uninstall.
We will be looking into other options as this app continues to crash and not work, while the "support" ignores us reaching out for assistance. This app was great until it wasn't. Why would we pay for something that hasn't been working properly for the last 3+ weeks?
Bold has helped us offer better pricing to our B2B customers without a lot of hassle. When I had a Bold/browser problem, Chintak stuck with it until it was solved. Thank you.
