I had a problem with the app where it was posting duplicate color swatches for the normal product listing and the alternative customer product listing. I contacted support and their support people did a great job of getting the issue to the developers who could resolve my problem. The developer did a great job and we are now fully functional. I was so impressed by the support as often when I make request of app owners to resolve our problems, we never hear back or it takes weeks to resolve. Not in this case. I was informed what was happening all through the process and the issue was expedited and taken care of as soon as possible. Great job Bold!!
