Suprisingly bad. Doesn't block Analytics 4 (gtag.js) or Google Tag Manager and does not provide an option to change that. So it really just provides a placebo-option for users that blocks a couple but not all cookies. Good for marketing-data, bad for GDPR-Compliancy

This isn't even the bare minimum... Since there is no opt-out function, it is impossible to have a truly GDPR-compliant Shopify website (without hiring developers to custom code something I guess?) I thought using Shopify meant I wouldn't have to learn how to code or hire developers. And I thought Shopify would help us sell worldwide (your homepage hero banner currently says "The global commerce platform"). Why do we all have to figure this out on our own? Wouldn't Shopify's developers be in the best position to build a proper opt-out app? I am embarrassed to have this banner on my shop.

The app doesn't support Shopify's own multi-language feature, so other apps are not able to translate the cookie disclaimer. Shopify's own translation app "Translate & Adapt" also can't make the translations. Seems pretty stupid...

Akzeptieren und Ablehnen Buttons funktionieren nicht! Cookie Banner bleibt somit auf der Seite und verschwindet nicht.

Ridiculous. This app is purely visual. Users cannot choose which cookies they allow. This is not GDPR safe!!! It still allows implied consent and has no possibility to configure anything important.

Pretty terrible app considering it comes from Shopify. It's pointless, it's a simple visual notification bar. There's no back end, denying the cookies doesn't do anything.

Inutile per la privacy italiana, e probabilmente anche europea. Manca il registro e la possibilità di modifica autonoma delle scelte fatte. Inoltre non è compatibile con Google Consent Mode

It could be nice if shopify chat, and this app from shopify could work better together, because right now the chat logo covers the reject button. In addition, it will be nice to have more options to edit the design And now it doesn't work at all with the new shopify system, pls update your app. It doesn't seem very good that Shopify's own app doesn't work on their own system.

As far as I can see from research online, this app is not fully GDPR complaint because it does not allow cookie partial selection by the customer. You can get fined for using this in Europe apparently!

The banner itself is okay, but it's not really legal to do it this way in Europe. Better avoid it and use different apps. Bad customization settings if using Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

If I can rate this zero, I would! Ever since I installed this app, I'm not seeing any abandoned checkouts details anymore. ZERO! Even if I can see there are a lot of checkouts!

The app has 0 customization options to match the store theme or even to edit the stupid supposedly-obligatory menu link, very unprofessional and crappy looking... Extremely annoying, especially that Shopify forces us now to use it, could have at least make it proper then!

There is no opt out link! How can customers opt out if there is no link for them to press to opt out.
