Not compliant as the customer cannot make a choice which cookies he/she wants or do not want before entering the website. This is stated as such in the EU law so I am wondering why Shopify tells us that this app is the one to use?

Its ridiculous that you cant change basic strings or make them translatable. This makes the most basic functions look wrong in your shop, like in the Customer Chat App, too.

This plugin looks nice but how can you translate the content you write on it? Most of the website are in all language, and I couldn't find any way to translate the content...

it was okay until the background of the buttons turned black or transparent. Very bad experience! please fix it!

The app was great, until the buttons for "accept" and "no, thank you" turned grey. Now it just does not as good anymore. Also I'd like to customize it, so that you can only accept the it, like i have seen it on many stores, which was not possible with that app.

It was great until the colour of the buttons on the dark theme turned grey. Any chance this can be changed back or that we can actually change the colour to reflect our brand colours eventually?

Buonasera, l'app è molto semplice nulla da dire. solo che ho scelto il tema scuro ma i bottoni escono neri e quindi non si vedono. come faccio a sistemare questo problema di visualizzazione?

The app was perfect, until the banner disappeared today without any reason. THIS COULD COST ME 20.000 €!!! Edit: Now we get this email we should install it because of CCPA/GDPR? Do you really think we do not have something already in place?

Seul défaut "Privacy Policy" ne peut pas se mettre en français. Et on a pas beaucoup de choix sur les couleurs et la taille.

Three stars because you can't translate the "Privacy Policy" text. Otherwise a good app. Although I agree with other reviewers that more customization options would be nice, especially oriented towards people not ignoring the banner.

This app does a good job of blocking the tracking scripts. But I give it only 3 stars since you cannot change the title of the ‘Privacy Policy’ link. My store is not in English so I would want to change the title. I would also love for it to be more customizable.

Please let me choose my own display text for the privacy notice. Right now this is only displayed in English, even if store is in another language!

Customers leave the banner open and ignore it. A popup would be better! More customization options would be good too.

i removed it because something went wrong and it changed my google search main meta..now it shows as like "This website uses cookies to ensure you get the best experience on our website. Learn More" under my domain name search.
