I've been using the Trustindex ‑ Google Reviews app for my Shopify website, www.patoys.in, to collect reviews for my Google Business profile, and it has some definite positives, but there are a couple of areas where it falls short. On the positive side, the installation process is indeed super easy. I had it up and running without any trouble, which is a big plus for someone like me who's not very tech-savvy. Navigating the app online has been a breeze, and it's user-friendly. I also appreciate that the app has led to a good email open rate from my customers. It's helped me gather valuable reviews, which is essential for building trust and credibility online. However, there's one significant drawback I've noticed, and it's something the app developer mentioned too. While the app is primarily designed for Google Reviews, it promises to collect reviews automatically on Facebook and Yelp. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the settings for this feature. It's disappointing that this functionality is not as seamless as I had hoped for. In conclusion, Trustindex is a great app for collecting Google Reviews with its easy installation and user-friendly interface. It has positively impacted my online reputation. However, the promised automatic review collection on Facebook and Yelp seems to be lacking or unclear in its implementation. If these additional features are important to you, it might be worth considering other options.

I tried this app and had problems with receiving the emails. Contacted tech support (the only way is via email). I did not receive any response. After waiting 2 days I uninstalled app.

Setup was easy, simple interface and customisable settings that makes it effectively suit any sort of business.

Excellente application ! Fait très bien le job et j'ai commencé à avoir plusieurs retours positifs de client grâce à elle. Peut encore se développer sur la personnalisation des mails d'envoi qui reste à date limitée même si l'essentiel est là et l'esthétisme est OK.

Says reviews are submitted but i dont see them on google. I dont know if it takes a while to update or what it may be, hope to get a response form support.
