RichPanel is our helpdesk. I hadn't heard of it until September when I stepped into a new role. Their team has been absolutely incredible to work with - quick responses when we need them for literally ANY reason at all! Most recently they assisted me in setting up web hooks for reporting purposes making my day to day SO much easier! The platform is very user friendly, a lot of AI Capabilities within the platform which allowed me to improve self service ratings from 25% to 74% with just a couple hours of focus! Highly recommend!

Amazing Platform! We moved over from Commslayer to Richpanel a few months ago and everything about their platform and support/onboarding team has been nothing short of amazing! The move over for our dozen+ agents was very smooth. The Richpanel team walked us through the exact migration process and we were able to transition over without anything major breaking. And for all misc. bits, their team was super responsive on Slack to help us out. They even setup all the key macros and automations that we had on Commslayer and trained our team leads and agents on the key tools/functionality. Great software and great team to work with. We spoke with basically every helpdesk before committing to a big migration like this, and Richpanel came out on top in many ways, and I'm glad we did it, because it's worked out very nicely for us. Highly recommend!
