Snoozy review for Richpanel: AI Customer Support

Rich panel x Shopify integration has been great. We have a team that manages CS through Rich Panel. The pros: the customer service/the team is fabulous: communicative, solution-oriented and always there to help or troubleshoot. When we were adding an additional shopify store (for an additional brand we launched), rich panel was wonderful during the process and ensured that we had everything we needed for launch. As far as the technical backend goes - the self service section is easy to use and manage. Updating macros is quick and allows us to keep information accurate in real time. Finding a ticket/responding to a ticket only takes a few seconds. The rest of the platform is user-friendly and provides a great faq section if help is needed.
