I have deleted you app one month ago but now i have charged your app subscription in my bill. You dont have any address to take contact so please refund the payment. Shopify help says that need to contact to you but its quite hard.
Hi, thanks for leaving a review and sorry to see you had trouble reaching out to our team. It looks like Shopify has actually removed the support email from app listsings which we weren't aware of. We'll add some new support around this to make it easier. On the charge, I can see that Shopify did apply a subscription charge on: Mar 19, 2026 And our app was uninstalled: Mar 20, 2026 Shopifys subscription system charged in advance, so the subscription is paid on Mar 19, for the month ahead, to April 19. Absolutely happy to help though. I've sent over an email to you just a few minutes ago. Looking forward to hearing from you.
