This is a brilliant app, super easy to use with absolute stand-out customer service. They respond quickly and take time to explain everything like an actual human. The app itself looks great and has some clever integrations. Also, how refreshing to see an affordable price for such a comprehensive product and service. Highly recommend.

Coming back to edit my review. Ezra contacted my store after our review. He was apologetic and had made an error in responding to our email. We moved forward and he developed coding for SendOwl to intergrade with Customer Hub. It works perfectly and I am pleased to be using this app. If you deliver digital goods and need a 'download here' link in your account area reach out to them! Thank you! I emailed Customer Hub with questions on how to add coding for my downloads. They never responded to my emails for help. So I removed the app before I was charged. I would expect a response from an app within 7 days. What if I had a pressing issue and needed an answer?
Hi, thanks so much for the feedback and so sorry you had a bad experience. I went back through our emails and found your email to us. I unfortunately closed the case because of the auto-reply attached and didn't see the question above. We've put in place a new process so that can't happen again and I've replied to your email as well as reset your trial of the app. We also agree and would expect a response within 7 days and always aim to reply much faster than that. We've love it if you'd consider re-installing the app and letting us help with your initial inquiry as well as any others you might have. Looking forward to hearing from you. Ezra

terrible customer service that just ignores you. support is non-existent. Go with an app that actually cares about their customer's experience using it when you need help.
Hi, thanks so much for feedback and so sorry for the bad experience. I've sent through an email and replied directly to your shopify case yesterday to help. Unfortunately it looks like my previous email response to the Shopify case may not have made it to you though. I did reply to the case and once we saw that the email was seen, we expected you'd received the email and had no other questions. I've since spoken to the Shopify support team and they let us know that they'd seen the email reply from us, but it may not have alerted you so you may not have seen it and had a bad experience. So I've requested the Shopify team also reach out to you in your original case with my previous reply. I've also replied to that email and cc'd you into it to be on the safe side. It would be great if we hear back from you and can answer any other questions you have. Ezra [UPDATE] Thanks so much for taking the time to chat and was very glad to see that Shopify also reached out to alert you to our previous email response. Not sure why they didn't alert you but glad we've been able to answer all of your questions and make some further recommendations on Shopify customization and support. Previously I had issue with the store credit feature integrated into customer hub. I sought help by sending email and someone came to help me immediately, thanks Ezra. Now all issues have been fixed promptly. Customer Hub is still the best one out there. I tried to use other customer login page, they charged very high price and not as nice as Customer Hub.
Thanks so much for the review and so sorry to hear you didn't receive a reply from me. I've gone back through our emails and it looks like we may just not have received your initial email. So I've just sent through an email to help, and if you'd be happy to re-install the app, we can request access to look into and fix up the Credit Yard integration to make sure that's working as expected for you. I can also have a look into the mini account widget as we do have in-built settings to display that widget on the bottom left, right and middle of the website, so we can shift that into a different location for you or toggle it off completely if preferred. Hope to hear from you shortly and have this all fixed up :) UPDATE: Thanks so much for re-installing our app and allowing us access to look into this for you. After a quick look it was found that the app 'Credit Yard' had simply been toggled off and the widgets were not active on the website. Because of this, there was no content for our app to display. Once the Credit Yard app had to toggled back on, our app was able to load the content with no issue at all. Thanks again for granting access and we're glad we were able to sort this out for you and you're able to enjoy our app.

Great service, their team responsed to me and solved problems quickly. Great APP, I easily added my other APPs to the customer account page, now my customers are able to find what they need just in one page.

Top notch customer support! Ezra kindly helped us to integrate our subscription app that wasn't previously supported (Bold Subscription) and even advised on how to customise the app further. Very happy with the result!

What can I say? The customer hub has simplified and revolutionised our customer experience, help us drive recurring customers, account logins and repeat business. It probably paid for itself on day 1! Add that that extremely good and responsive support and you've a 100% recommendation!

This app solved so many issues I was having with the account page for customers. We really needed clients to be able to log in and see all their info in an easy to understand way and this app makes it happen. The interface is clean and intuitive and there are a ton of integrations and more seem to be coming out all the time. The support is fantastic too - I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

We are so in love with this company for creating this app and their wishlist/rewards app. They also do not charge a fortune for their products with is also deserves its own 5 stars so we officially give this company 10 stars and will be spreading the word on their products to other business owners. The Customer Accounts Hub is a fantastic solution for our store and it integrates well with the Expanse theme. The development team was incredibly helpful in integrating our Wishlist app quickly and efficiently in the customer's profile page. The user interface is user-friendly and intuitive and is a versatile solution for Shopify stores, seamlessly integrating with many useful apps to provide a comprehensive customer account management experience. The team's expertise in website development was a valuable asset in getting the app up and running smoothly. They were incredibly helpful not only integrating the app with our website, but also in identifying other issues on our site. Overall, I highly recommend the Customer Accounts Hub app for any store looking to streamline and simplify their customer account management.

Wow loving this app, i had a problem at first not because off this app but because off a old app I was using left loads of old code I message support within 20 minutes they asked for login and sorted the problems i also asked if they could Customise the app and they did now it’s even more perfect it solved a problem where customers would keep asking how to use there loyalty now with this app it’s in all there customers accounts because off the integration with my loyal app

The customer portal looks great and works flawlessly - but my favorite part about this app is the support. Ezra and the CustomerHub team are quick and willing to provide support! There's room for extensibility with some custom coding and a decent amount of documentation to reference. Highly recommend CustomerHub.

The Portal is flawless, very responsive, quick to load, has many integrations with other software and the team is on-hands and promptly replies to get on-boarded! I would recommend it to anyone who needs a custom customer portal.

I found this app after trying a couple of others and I felt it really suited what I wanted for my customers. It's easy to use, clear and has the basic functions needed to make the accounts page compliment your website. If you need customer service, Ezra is quick to reply and the team is always ready to help. Really recommend this app.

Fantastic app that can be used to take the customer experience/ease of use up a level. Through this app, I was able to add in a bunch of little requests that my customers had been asking for. Also, the customer service is top notch.

Absolutely awesome! The UI is excellent and clear, it turns the 'account' area in to a true hub for all customer needs. Then the integrations, means you can really have a 'one stop shop' for all customers requirements - THEN the support which is both quick, friendly, helpful and THEN layer up the continuing development and new features - I havent been this impressed with an app in years! Keep up the great work!

a MUST-HAVE for every Shopify store! Easily integrates with major leading apps. Customers can now manage their accounts, change passwords, and access third-party apps all from a single dashboard. The Widget is amazing and the support is absolutely world-class. Highly recommended.
