Vigil review for Customify ‑ Custom Product App

Absolutely horrible experience. I have so many issues with this app I don't even know where to begin. First of all, you can't see the product on the order pages, you need to enter the app which takes a really long time to load. Second and most importantly, the file size that someone can upload was suddenly changed to 8MBs, which is really small. There is nowhere you can change this, so I messaged support. To my surprise 2 days later they replied saying they had it covered. So after some back and forths this guy starting saying that if I wanted a bigger limit(without specifying what the limit would be) I need to upgrade my plan to Enterprise (100 usd per month),their most expensive plan, and that was the only way. Then he started saying that he would talk to his manager about me etc etc. DO NOT INSTALL.
