We thought that Customify was a good product but due to our design needs, it may be easier to work directly with customers to get something they are happy with. So we changed from the paid to free plan as we weren't using it. I believe that the hallmark of a good company is what they do when there is an issue. In this case, we were charged for a month's subscription after we had downgraded the plan. Customify were onto this immediately after I raised it and refunded us within a couple of days. Absolutely 5 star service - no questions asked. I was so happy and would use them again.
