Absolutely horrible experience. I have so many issues with this app I don't even know where to begin. First of all, you can't see the product on the order pages, you need to enter the app which takes a really long time to load. Second and most importantly, the file size that someone can upload was suddenly changed to 8MBs, which is really small. There is nowhere you can change this, so I messaged support. To my surprise 2 days later they replied saying they had it covered. So after some back and forths this guy starting saying that if I wanted a bigger limit(without specifying what the limit would be) I need to upgrade my plan to Enterprise (100 usd per month),their most expensive plan, and that was the only way. Then he started saying that he would talk to his manager about me etc etc. DO NOT INSTALL.

Please don't purchase a year subscription. In October 2023, I tried this program on one item but never had a chance to use it again, which this vendor has the ability to track your usage of the program and will send you an email confirming they noticed you added an item. In January 2024, I made a choice to cancel, since I have not used the program since October 2023. I removed the program from my website and informed the vendor to please cancel and refund the remaining balance. I received an email about giving me six months free. How are you offering me six months free if I paid an year in advance and requesting a refund for the unused months (Feb.to Sept.). As of now, the vendor has not response. So, please pay this vendor month to month because they will ignore you for your request for your remaining year balance.

There seems to be no customer support whatsoever. I have wrote to them and never got anything back. Seemed to be a good software if they could have assistance to fix the little issues that occur.

Once the installation is complete, the setup process is extremely difficult. Customer support is difficult with agents who do not speak English well. Chat is provided through FB messenger and is difficult. Communications are poor from the company, causing delays and misunderstandings that could be avoided if the developer had a better grasp of communication. A basic question of business hours available caused delays and confusion because they did not know how to note the times in my country (USA). Instructional videos lack detailed instructions and are not for the same version as the most recent one. Many promises made, but the instructions were too poor to be useful. I have spent HOURS trying to make this work and use the instructions as provided, but have abandoned it as an unusable app. Frozen screens, long delays in resetting options make this a non-starter for anyone needing a working, productive app.

Used to be a great app for product customization. Recently there have been constant server problems on the developer's side causing consistent downtime. They blame getting "hacked" but don't seem to have any plan to improve. There are plenty of Shopify apps that do the same thing in a more reliable way. I'll be sure to update this review in the event things improve but for now steer clear of this app Update 10/27: I said I would update this review as things progress. After posting this review the developer assured me a permanent fix would be put in place by yesterday. As of today, the app is completely down and inaccessible to all customers. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this app until things improve.

Kamal is trying to be very helpful and he is always available. But THIS APP IS NOT EVEN A BETA VERSION OF A WORKING App. I wasted 2 months and many hours and some money to prepare images and try to have the app working properly. At the end for a fixed issue there is always a new one coming up. If you are a small business, this app can be a disaster and the kindness of its dev can make you believe in some solution that will never happen. I suggest TO SHOPIFY TO TEST APPS BEFORE TO SELL THEM ON THEIR STORE. this is unfair, VERY UNFAIR.

After the App is live and customers are in use of Customify attributions from our site, there are multiple problems which Customify are not even responding, in the mean time we had to stop our Google adwords and sales campaigns.

We applied this app to our store 15 days ago and it worked for all but two of those days. When we contacted tech support all we received as an answer as to why the app was not working was that they were awaiting the developer. Hasan simply wasted our time and kept telling us it would be fixed soon. All the while we wasted 16 hours of my web departments time and money.

Very frustrating app to work with. They installed the program for me and then I watched every single You Tube video trying to figure out how to do a simple text box where the letters would go in once the customer typed them in. They wasn't anything. This was the last email I received from Kamal: "There is add text also i fix your button, but there is still some error, because your time give me headcache, but you can test using debut theme, i will work on it to solve it" YOU have a headache??? I have spent countless hours trying to get this to work. It has been several days now and nothing so onto the next.....
