I have looked at a number of customisation apps for shopify but have found Customify to be the most flexible for me and for what i want to achieve. I have a lot of wood products which can be laser engraved, I wanted the ability to charge depending on the complexity of customer customisations as well as on multiple sides of the products. The support have been amazing in helping and providing some extra enhancements. The only thing I would like is a more complete help guide in understanding what all the functions and options actually do - as I don't use them all, and don't know what some of them do.

Customify is a very useful app for any online store that is looking to customize merchandise for it's customers. The app is affordable and works as intended. However, the biggest reason the app gets five stars is the incredible support if you need any help. Hasan has helped me several times and has been incredibly quick, responsive, and professional.

Super application de personnalisation de produit, une fois que nous avons bien compris le fonctionnement, ce module de personnalisation est vraiment complet avec la possibilité de paramétrer plusieurs options à chaque produit. j'ai essayé 5 modules de personnalisation avant Customify , je devais attendre pratiquement 24h00 pour avoir une réponse et la plupart des réponses il faut attendre 1 à 2 mois pour la future mise à jour sur des choses primordiales et certaine chose ce n'est pas possible sans prendre le temps. Le support de customify est hallucinant Kamal et son équipe m'a répondu le dimanche en 1h00 et à pris beaucoup de temps pour m'aider dans mes besoins... à ce jour C'EST LE MEILLEUR SUPPORT DE SHOPIFY que j'ai pu avoir.

I used this app to create a customisable product on my e-commerce store and I am very impressed! So easy to use and setup and the customer service is amazing. I had some trouble with the app conflicting with my current theme so I messaged via messenger and had a reply within 20 minutes, to follow up the issue was resolved overnight. Extremely happy and would highly recommend this app

Hasan is so so helpful and accommodating, making the app really work for our needs after we installed it and made it our own. this was an app that i was looking for to visually customize our products, something our customers had been asking for for years.
